Successful Installation of Konica Minolta’s Products Bolsters Revenue Stream for Florida Based Company
Ramsey, NJ – November 23, 2016 – PrimeNet Direct Marketing Solutions, a full service direct marketing company headquartered in Largo, Florida is pleased to announce demonstrated success on leveraging the proven technology of Konica Minolta’s bizhub® PRESS 2250P monochrome digital presses. As a result of this milestone, we have been able to retain current clients, expand the scope of their services and grow their sales revenue. Konica Minolta’s models address the growing need for high-performance, power-efficient, cost-effective demands of print shops.
Developed by combining two bizhub PRESS 1250P engines in a single space-saving design, the digital press is an ideal solution for print professionals that demand the highest levels of performance and productivity. The bizhub PRESS 2250P builds upon the successful technology of the bizhub PRESS 1250 series, which includes LED imaging and Simitri HD toner for true 1200 x1200 dpi print resolution.
Printing at up to 250 duplex impressions per minute (15,000 per hour), the 2250 easily handles long-run digital printing for improved turnaround times on all print jobs. In addition to fast output, the PRESS delivers accurate registration and the best B&W image quality available, while also supporting wide array of substrate types and weights and a broad range of inline finishing options.
The installation also included a CREO IC-312m controllers to the 2250 which provided several key advantages for PrimeNet including:
• The ability to move print jobs from one printer to another with all saved job ticketed information (this function can be done from the printer workstation interface or remotely with remote manager).
• Ensure when PDFs are processed for printing the fonts are correct and substituted if necessary.
• Create virtual print queues to automatically handle the printing function automatically without having to layout each job individually.
Recognized by BLI for its impressive paper handling, performance on A3 and larger media, strong productivity and a wide range of adjustments to help achieve optimum image quality, the bizhub PRESS 2250P garnered BLI’s 2015 PRO award.
