Clearwater, FL February 8, 2010 – Mark Keefe, president of PrimeNet Direct Marketing Solutions, LLC, has purchased PrimeNet effective February 8, with plans to continue to offer the same products and services without interruption.
 
Keefe purchased PrimeNet, based in Clearwater, Florida with satellite locations in Minnesota and Wisconsin, from Journal Communications, headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Keefe had joined PrimeNet in 1995 as President and will continue in that capacity.
 
”Our committed direct marketing team remains in place and is excited about this new endeavor,” Keefe said. “This change will allow us to do what we do best, and that is to provide our clients with innovative direct marketing services using our state of the art technology and equipment.”
