In today’s marketing world, the term “printing” covers quite a lot of territory. That’s why we’ve spent over sixty years making sure that our capabilities are perfectly aligned with your print communications demand.
OUR EQUIPMENT:
The foundation of our production capabilities start with two (2) Konica Minolta Accurio-Jet KM-1e printers. These digital printers with LED UV ink technology allow us to print your variable data mail pieces with outstanding image quality in one pass. The printed sheets come off the press dry, scuff resistant and ready to go to the next steps.
Our two (2) computerized cutters trim and separate multiple printed pieces on the same sheet of paper. Our five (5) folders can fold pieces in various fold patterns, and can be utilized with hot and cold glue applications for self-mailers.
Three (3) types of envelope presses allow us to print envelopes up to 10×13, in up to 4 colors, with or without variable data.
Four (4) inkjet stations can add variable or fixed data, while their affixer/tabber/stamper attachments can also affix a variety of specialty products such as magnets, cards, keys, scratch-offs, sealing tabs and stamps.
Our nine (9) inserters can handle inserting in various combinations of up to 9×12 envelopes, with up to 8 separate inserts. We can also fold and insert multiple page statements into a single envelope.
Other specialty equipment includes a Laminator capable of up to 31” wide sheets, a UV Coater to apply UV Varnish to printed sheets, a Booklet-maker to collate, stitch & trim up to 64-page booklets, and a Shrink-wrapper to separate bulk ship items into specific quantities.
Facility back-up equipment includes two diesel generators, two high performance Uninterruptible Power Supply devices in the data center, and individual battery backup devices at each PC workstation. Our data center is Category 5 (CAT5) certified inside our Category 3 certified building to keep our systems and your data as safe as possible during hurricane season and all year round.
